Directions: From I-75 exit 143, go East 4 miles on Hwy 78 (Bayshore Rd). Turn left on Old Bayshore Rd. Proceed ½ mile to Gate 2 of Lee Civic Center.

Inspection: Friday, June 12th, 2009 from 9AM until 4PM.

Consignments: Bring consignments to sale site starting on Monday, June 8th, from 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M., with cut off on THURSDAY, June 11th, at 4:00 P.M.

LAND AUCTION SERVICE WILL REQUIRE:

We ONLY accept Cash, Debit, Cashier's Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Bank Wire Transfer. All Business or Personal Checks must be accompanied by Buyer's Bank Letter of Guarantee that Buyer's Bank will honor Buyer's check up to $........... Dollar amount. No titled vehicle will be allowed to leave the gate until properly paid for by Buyers. Remember, we are collecting the money for the Seller.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR ON SALE DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Land Auction Service will require a Bank Letter of Guarantee to be faxed (239/936-0441) or e-mailed (frankie@landauctionservice.com). If you are unable to obtain a Bank Letter of Guarantee, contact Land Auction Service for any special consideration. Below is a sample Bank Letter of Guarantee:

"Mr. (Customer Name) is a customer in good standing at our bank. We will guarantee the payment of checks on his account (account number) up to (specify amount) dollars for purchase at your auction in (Auction Location) on (Auction Date). We hereby agree that NO stop payment will be issued in conjunction with this letter."

BUYERS PREMIUM: Buyer’s Premium of THIRTEEN (13) percent will be added to the bid price to arrive at the purchase price with a THREE (3) percent discount when paying by cash or good check.

DEALER'S EXEMPT - MUST PRESENT COPY OF 2009 DEALER'S LICENSE AT REGISTRATION TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS.

SELLER COMMISSION RATES - PER ITEM SOLD

• $0 TO $50.00 = 20%
• $51.00 TO $300.00 = 15%
• $301.00 AND UP= 10%

SALES TAX: Six (6) percent sales tax will be collected, unless you bring a copy of your 2009 Sales Tax Exemption Form and Sales Tax Number. You MUST present copy at time of registration. NO EXCEPTIONS.
